A message from our President

 

A few years ago my mother, a contractor, asked me to help with paperwork and process related to her Contractor's License with the State. No problem – right?

 

It turned out to be a lengthy and confusing process with a significant number of pitfalls that had the possibility to derail the whole thing.

 

It took significant time and effort, but after studying the local, state and national laws and beginning relationships with the appropriate governmental agencies - we completed the process.

 

My License to Build was born out of the realization that, just like my mother, Builders, Contractors, and Re-modelers are and should be focused on taking care of their customers and families instead of forms and governmental agencies.
